Intelligent Energy Europe

Intelligent energy Europe provides money for European energy saving projects.  There are many untapped opportunities to save energy and encourage the use of renewable energy sources in Europe, but market conditions do not always help. The Intelligent Energy - Europe programme is the EU's tool for funding action to improve these conditions and move us towards a more energy intelligent Europe.  Intelligent Energy-Europe is part of the EU's competitiveness and innovation Framework Programme (CIP).

• Two Rivers housing

Two Rivers housing was established in March 2003 when the Forest of Dean District Council transferred it's housing stock of 3,577 homes to the company.  We currently have a developement programme which aims to develop 150 homes per annum.  They achieved chairitable status in July 2004.

• Gloucester city homes

Gloucester City Homes is a 2 star Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up by Gloucester City Council in 2005.  It is a company wholly owned by the City Council and is non profit making.

Cheltenham Borough Homes is a not for profit company, set up in April 2003. We have been awarded 3 stars for excellence services and excellent prospects for improvement by the Government’s housing inspectorate.
